Improve installation proceedure

Currently, a there is a dependence on the BioConductor-only package, graph, by way of importing CodeDepends which requires use of BiocManager::install() for installation. If possible, alternatives to CodeDepends could be explored or support could be provided to help eliminate this dependency on the graph package to ease the installation process.

When first grappling with how to manage this dependency I remember trying to handle it in this way but wasn't able to get it to work properly. Using BiocManager::install() was more reliable - perhaps I messed something up in the process. I'll give it another go when I can carve out the time.

In the long run, I'd like to find a replacement for CodeDepends to avoid this whole process altogether.
