[BUG] RECENT CHANGES ABOUT CUSTOM DASHBOARDS

Describe the bug
Hi DFIR-IRIS team first thank you so much for your work and effort in this project, recently I upgraded to the latest version of IRIS, 2.4.27, so I noted maybe a bug or something to improve, when I tried to find or search info about client o customer of my company I can't find it my company has the ID 34 and I only found cases of IrisInitialCLient, so I think you can explain a little how to use the custom dashboard section or how to correlationate the fields because I don't understand how to add a new graphic pie or something

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Dashboard'
2. Click on 'new dashboard'
3. Scroll down and select in FIELDS in TABLE 'cases' column 'Case Name' and GROUP 'case' and column 'Case Name' and save
4. See only cases from Irisinitialclient

Expected behavior
here in the screenshots you can see the fields chosen and when I see the widget or the pie chart I can't see the cases only if I used Irisinitialclient customer works and the platform only find cases of this customer

the platform should to show us all the cases of all customers right? not only for Irisinitialclient

If I put other ID like 34 this is the ID of my company the platform doesn't show anything

How can I see all cases of all customers

the platform fails to show us the cases, don't show anything, but if I used 1 this is the ID of Irisinitialclient works

This is a feedback this is not a complaint, I really aprecciate your effort with this platform, you are doing a great work with this project
