Wrapping select in a label causes issues

I found that when the inital select tag was wrapped in a label tag, the dropdown will not open without double clicking it (but even that doesn't work sometimes, or opens then closes the drop down right away).

I've only tested this on Chrome 38.0.2125.122 on OSX Yosemite.
