Upload a mobile Image is not possible

I try to upload a picture from the mobile, but said that the picture its to large.

Please check why it is not possible to upload the picture from the mobile

Update: could be related that pictures larger than 2mb are not allowed, set a limit to 5mb max

Picture successfully uploaded: 1,2 Mb, 800x1067 px
Picture not allowed: 2,29Mb 1728x3072 px
