pom.xml required for launching gui not included in release/native builds

Actual behavior

The pom.xml that is required to exist under /installation/gui/pom.xml does not exist in native/release builds.

Reproduce

see the logs of the nightly builds: task copy-gui-pom is only executed once all the native images are already generated.

Expected behavior

The pom.xml that is copied in task "copy-gui-pom" should be included in the native builds.

The issue seems to be the following:

But when the native images are built, the following command is executed:
mvn -B -ntp -Pnative -DskipTests=true -Drevision=${current_version} package

-> Therefore the copy task will never be executed before the native builds are created, leading to the required pom-file to be missing in the installation folder.

Found another issue: InstallCommandlet does not properly install the gui folder as an artifact. So no matter the build configuration, this folder would not have been copied into the installation anyways (at least in the case of the MSI version)
