[feature request] mouse cursor template

Hello,

I think it will be cool to have also the colors of the mouse cursor be changed based on the current theme. I am not sure if this is possible, but since there is already something similar for icons, I think it will not be that hard to implement. If it is, I would like to know why. I did not find resources related to this topic, there is that one abounded issue on pywal (#197) and nothing else.
