Add ability to assign bonus points to students #470
Description
These bonus points should be counted towards a higher grade, but must not lower the grade of other groups. E.g. the maximum points that can be achieved should exclude the bonus categories, but the grade calculation should include the bonus categories. The maximum grade should not exceed the 10.
