some of the Maxar items have assets with no href

This breaks pystac_client and the /info endpoint in titiler!

Since I am using the MAXAR_Kahramanmaras_turkey_earthquake_23 collection in a demo next week I downloaded the items, dropped assets without hrefs, then re-uploaded them.
