Authentication Issue with Custom Domain

Greetings!
The toolkit doesn't work with Salesforce custom domain URL.
Receiving access denied errors for lack of custom domain.
How and where you add the custom domain url for logging into salesforce when calling the CreateConnection and login functions of SforceBaseClient?
