Discover changed resources automatically #5
Description
Add a bool configuration option for each saved cluster to "Discover new tenants". Right click on each cluster to enable/disable. When enabled a poll is run in the background that compares the current tenant config to the polled config. If new tenants are found, automatically save them to config and the explorer tree will refresh.
