Portal for posting

Is there a portal where developers can simply log in and constantly post stuff ? I checked the news blog but it seems like its postings can only be done by its admins. Say you come across this really cool page and you would love other techies to see it too. That could make the blog much livelier, wouldn't it ?

Of course it'd be awesome! The challenge is in preventing spam or "stray" posts. It's a challenge we have been thinking of. We need to make it possible for everyone with good intentions to post to the blog for the benefit of all. Any suggestions?
