Feature Request: Add option to select columns #14

Related to #11
I use the built in formatter_class ArgumentDefaultsHelpFormatter which already prints the default value to help text.
I think a great feature would be an argument to control which columns are generated.
Maybe something generic that can be extended argmark -f parser.py --columns short_opt,long_opt,default,help
