Article linking no longer works

When linking two articles together, the link no longer works. "post_url" malfunctioning.

Apparently {{post_url}} is relative (see jekyll/jekyll#3708)
We will have to prepend asset references with {{ site.baseurl }}
For example, [Example post]({{ site.baseurl }}{% post_url 9999-03-01-example-post %})
