[Request] Newer versions of Minecraft

**What do you think is missing or what do you think can be done better**
Currently this version of Advanced Rocketry hasn't been developed for later versions than 1.12.2 at all, unlike the original which has a buggy 1.16.5 version.
I'm suggesting that you either continue development on the 1.16.5 version from the original, or start from scratch on some other version of minecraft.
