[BUG] satellite never has a weight set when trying to build it

Description of the problem

When trying to make a satellite with the following items:

• empty satellite chassis
• ore scanner module in the primary slot, and one for linking
• large solar panel, 2 large batteries
• 3 data storage units

the empty satellite is bricked with negative weight (Error in weight calculation)

the builder also refuses to build the satellite with no way to know why

the "Error in weight calculation" message is purely visual bug in tooltip and will be fixed asap.
u are not using a CoreModule in slot 0. (top right). this bug is solved (and usererror not bug, fixed with jei integration and filtered slots)

check latest Beta version. it will guide u through JEI and reject wrong items while building.

Filtered slots should be present without needing JEI installed, though I (and pretty much anyone who has ever played a reasonable amount of modded minecraft) will recommend that you install JEI or a JEI-like mod. (such as NEI or REI, although REI doesn't have a 1.12.2 version)
Good, the weight calculation error is a visual issue. That's what the creator of this issue was probably hoping for.
To them: You need to use a satellite module in the satellite builder. You also need to put batteries in the satellite and not tanks. The target satellite ID chip must go in the middle slot, not the right slot, (right slot is only used for copying ID chips) which should be empty.

Filtered slots is available for anyone, and yes, lets be honest: Everyone on 1.12 in 2025 will be using JEI.
