Description of the problem

I've just upgraded to this fork after having used pre-fork Advanced Rocketry to develop a pack I'm working on. I'm on a space station orbiting a planet that has rings. The rings are visible from the ground, but not from the space station, whereas they were visible beforehand. In fact, I backed up the pack before switching to the fork, and have changed nothing else mod-wise. If I load up the backup, the rings are there.
