Deno support?

Would love to get Deno support. One possibility is to use udd to automate dep bumping.

@anishkny Thanks for the request. At this point, we are very reluctant to add new ecosystems and package managers. We are following the developments and if at some point Deno becomes more common than it currently is, we will reevaluate this decision.
