This license allows anyone to:

=> Use DScript for any purpose, including commercial and closed-source projects.
=> Modify, fork, and distribute custom versions.
=> Build games, tools, modules, or other software using DScript freely.

However:

=> The DScript name, logo, and language identity belong exclusively to Deniz Toprak KIRAL.
=> You may not claim ownership of the DScript language or present your fork as the “official” DScript.
=> Forks must include a note such as:

The phrase “Powered by DScript” is optional — not required.
