@moxplod, it's a good question!
Initially it was my pet project and I am thankful to everyone who used this project, but it requires a lot time to add new functionality and fix issues.
https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickHouse.EntityFrameworkCore - now there is official support from ClickHouse team!
I think you have to report issues there.

I don't think that I will keep support this repo since I switched to DuckDB.EFCore project.
