Migrate steam from Homebrew cask to Nix package.
Blocking reason: Only available as a NixOS module (not for nix-darwin)
Possible solutions:
- Create nix-darwin compatible steam package
- Contribute darwin support to nixpkgs
- Use nix-darwin homebrew module (current workaround)
