[Bug] FK Contstraint when removing user - significant_places_overrides

Minor issue, just figured I'd post it - not expecting anything to be done about it ... just figured maybe it would be good to record it.

Describe the bug
Created a new user - for some testing purposes
Uploaded a week of google timeline
All looks good
I "edited" a visit and added 3 points/polygon.
Logged into another account
Attempted to delete the test account
Errored on FK constraint on significant_places_overrides
I found the single record in significant_places_overrides for that user
I removed the record
Went back in and successfully removed the user
Then it worked cleanly

Expected behavior
Cleanly remove a user and all of its data through the UI

Thanks for the info. I remember fixing something similar in the next branch but will double check and should then be part of the 4.0 release
