[Feature Request] Show progress when editing place

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When editing place, and especially a polygon, a warning is given that it may take a few minutes.
However, during the progress there is no feedback apart from a spinning circle above the Cancel button

Hi @arnonm,

Thank you for the suggestion. I will consider this since i find it helpful to our users.

We should propably add a more generic job system which allows for such things. For example setting the polygon of a place actually consists of three steps.

• determine all affected days
• delete all trips on these days
• recalculate these days

The spinner goes only until the second step is done. Over the third step the user does not have any feedback without going into the Job Status page.

Adding that could also allow displaying that information directly on the timeline if for the selected day are currently jobs pending.
