no license info in the repo

I hope you're doing great! I’ve been working on an open source Java library and came across your project — really cool stuff.

I noticed there’s no license info in the repo, and I was wondering if you’re planning to add one. I'd love to know if it’s okay to use or build on parts of it for my project.
