If images are added after the server have been started, they might not be recognised by nocms, and therefor not accessible as they're not compiled.
Reproduce: Start a local web server. Add a new image, and make a reference to it on any page. Load that page.
Temporary solution: Currently in order to load newly added images you have to restart the server.
