CPU Wakeup is not working from standby mode

Hello,
Thanks for your driver. Its really useful.
I am facing one issue is that I am unable to wakeup from sleep/standby mode.
But I am able to wakeup from standby mode if I have not inserted this timer counter kernel module driver into system.

Standy mode:
echo standby > /sys/power/state

What could be the issue ?
Any hint or insights on this ?
