Support for running actions in the background #31

Description

So sometime compose update will take a long time and I don’t want to sit on the webpage and watch it happen. It would be great if I could start/stop/update in the background and possibly tail a log of what’s happening if I want an update without actually stopping it from happening. This would prevent local network issues or navigation from killing the job.

I could see this even being the default when you click start/stop/update and the ui just tails the same log that you could tail at another time. This would be similar to user scripts which can run in the background or foreground.
