Migrate from Mayavi to pyvista

Need to robustify by switching visualizations to pyvista

Swap in pyvista and adjust the visuals

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Can remove visualization entirely and put it in a different project? Keep Mayavi and just freeze the containers?
