Can't assign project to parent project

Hi, I'm using KampPro2-master that comes with ProjectPier. There's no option for parent project on the "Add Project" page. Is there any way to enable it?

I've not been using project pier nor kamp pro for quite some time now. I don't have any information regarding your question.
