source StaMPS_CONFIG.bash error with locales LC_TIME and LC_NUMERIC

Ubuntu 24.04. When sourcing the StaMPS config bash file, a warning happens, saying it cannot change locale:

source /home/tidop/StaMPS-4.1-beta/StaMPS_CONFIG.bash 
bash: aviso: setlocale: LC_NUMERIC: no se puede cambiar el local (en_US.UTF-8)

My machine language is spanish. Does this warning affect the processing?
