color mode switch tooltip doesn't open on keyboard `focus`

When focusing the color mode switch via keyboard (or more precisely, the included input[type="checkbox"]), the tooltip isn't shown, whereas this is the regular behaviour e.g. on DBButton instead. We need to investigate why it doesn't on this form field (or switch) constellation.
