Why this is distinct

I checked the issue thread, Daytona content PRs, and Sapat provider PRs before starting. Existing/recent slices include LocalAI, Picovoice Leopard, Vosk, NanoGPT, Sarvam, Gemini, NVIDIA NIM, Replicate, fal.ai, Together AI, Cloudflare, DeepInfra, Speechmatics, Mistral, ElevenLabs, Google, Rev AI, AssemblyAI, Deepgram, and others. This submission uses local whisper.cpp instead: no hosted provider, no API key, and no upload of private recordings.
