my VPN's Speedtest gave me these results:

I use it with Http Injector in android and when i connect with 4G+,
in my android's speedtest i get only 20-30 Mbps
Is it normal? Because 4G+ supports faster that 30Mbps.
SpeedTest from my mobile phone:
Ping: 60ms
Download: 28.8 Mbps
Upload: 25.7 Mbps
Jitter; 29ms
Loss: 0%
