idea: allow reconnecting to asset repo for local modifications

Bugs will be found in the assets repo, that is inevitable. But summon could help bug fixing in-situ.

This issue is about allowing reconnection to the central asset repo for committing changes/fixes, but in the context of the occurring bug.

summon -e or summon --editable will hydrate a git repo locally to allow modifications.
