Fatal error when setting online of my site

Hello when I put my site online i have this error :

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/mesprojez/www/wordpress/wp-content/themes/oneengine/plugins/admin-core/admin-config.php on line 696

when it works fine in localhost

Does your webserver have a different version of PHP?

Does it work if you replace the contents of the oneengine folder with the one downloaded from https://www.enginethemes.com/thanks/?dl=oe instead of here?
