Feature Request: Add buttons to the MCE toolbar

I really like your plugin. The other ones out there use short codes for everything with looks stupid to end users. I like the idea of being able to view basic elements of Bootstap within the editor. Bu the downside is that unless you know bootstrap you can't add the elements with you plugin.

I'm going to start working on adding buttons that will insert bootstrap elements that your plugin supports into the editor. Hopefully after it's tested you will and changes from my branch to your extension.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm a little torn on this. I've thought about adding buttons to the editor, but I can't think of an efficient way to do this. Because Bootstrap has so many elements, and tons of variations for each element (ex: -sm, -md, -lg, -info, -warning, etc.)... the last thing I want is to create a zillion buttons, or a dropdown with tons of options, to the TinyMCE toolbar.

I appreciate your willingness to contribute. Could we start with maybe just a few simple elements, and add buttons only as quicktags, and not regular buttons?

How about we do:

• btn --> adds a class of "btn" to the highlighted text/element (if adding just a class isn't possible, let's do <a class="btn">.
• alert --> adds a class of "alert" to the highlighted text/element (if adding just a class isn't possible, let's do <p class="alert">.
• well --> adds a class of "well" to the highlighted text/element (if adding just a class isn't possible, let's do <div class="well">
