Enhancement request - Kiosk QR Config

Hi,

This is very useful - well done - and for the application that I have in mind it would be great if the system could boot into a kiosk webpage displaying a QR code that gives the address for the wifi configuration page so that it could be scanned by a phone. Is this something that you would consider - if not then perhaps you could give me some pointers as to how the IP address could be derived for inclusion in a HTML/JS page?

In HOTSPOT mode, the IP address is 10.41.0.1. But you shouldn't need that information.

The comitup-cli utility has a one-shot capability that can tell you the current mode.

Note that port 80 is occupied.
