after restart of computer crontabs fails to start

chromebook arm, chrome OS
I have set :
cron expression: 0-59 26-56 0 * * *, Action "Show and Reload". If I restart, while the time is still on, the extension needs to be turned off then on again to start doing the job...

Can you reproduce it by just closing and opening Chrome? That may not be entirely possible on a Chromebook though...?

I just checked: no, if I just close and open again chrome browser, it works fine (that is, resumes the job it was doing).

Plus, I also verified that this behavior is not caused by the small time interval of the job (every second, above): I set a job at every 10 seconds, again same problem.
I was thinking that a every second job makes chrome OS kill the process at shut down, and that's why somehow it would not start again after computer starts. If that makes any sense, as I am not a programmer.
