Terms for annotation of the genome_location schema

The OBO ontologies currently don't have all the terms required for the annotation of the schema for genome locations:

I added some initial aliases in the context file:

@cmungall suggested looking at FALDO for annotation of genomic features and to submit the required terms to the SO tracker.
