Adding a test framework and system would be great, powered by some CI system like GitHub Actions, to help us evaluate PRs.

Looking at ACM's Discord bot, we could model our system after theirs.

Testing through Jest is now set up, from #10. Now, our goal should be to write tests for each slash command.
