Restore DFC login screen on lescommuns

Description

After the last OIDC server update at lescommuns, we have lost our login page.

We can either try to have our own login screen or ask for our logo to be listed on lescommuns' login page.

Expected Behavior

This was our previous setting:

We could also switch language. This is not a problem as long as English remains the default for us.

Actual Behaviour

No DFC logo and no ability to switch language

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to login on the prototype and see the login page doe snot mention DFC
