DIP updates required #154
Description
- DIP3 masternode rewards section will not match implementation following MN_RR change (evonodes will only receive 1 core chain payout just like regular masternodes)
- DIP15 DashPay contract section has not been update with all changes made in the implementation
- DIP23 (EHF) - see docs: update dip-0023 - removed mentions of non existing min_activation_height #153 and feat: allow resigning for EHF dash#6175
- Others: Identities, DPNS
