As an end-user further details on what you get out from cohort diagnostics would help eg
- with regard to the concept sets (example ILD)
It seems as if all are excluded but this is not the case
With regard to orphan counts, is is mentioned in the description that it is not restricted to people in the cohort. However this remains confusing as the table starts with the size of the cohort so it looks as if these are counts within the cohort
Better instructions on how to create incidence rate plots - i.e. I do not seem to manage to create them for the ILD study?
