Details View: Adjust Details Vertical Spacing Dynamically like in Steam

Feature Description

I would love a option so that the Background image always is visible fully and not cut off at any size. The Vertical Spacing should adjusts its size like it is in steam when scaling the window. The "Stretch" option in ThemeModifier doesn't allow this as far as I'm aware.

On Steam up to a certain width of the window the aspect ratio of the background image stays the same

But in playnite the image is cut off either vertically or horizontally. A option so that it scales in all directions would be awesome
