Currently facing this issue when trying to create an actor after deploying all canisters and interacting with canister

NEXT_PUBLIC_IC_HOST is already set in my .env files

I just published a new release with the latest version of NextJS, dfx, NodeJS.
I also updated the README a bit.

It works perfectly on my machine.

Give it a try.
