Add hadoop dockerfile

Hi!
I have been using the excellent Helm chart for Hadoop you authored.
It works well, but unfortunately Hadoop 2.7.3 uses a deprecated guice version that doesn't fit well with our project.
Could you be so kind to add the danisla/hadoop Dockerfile to this repository? This way I could build a new custom image with Hadoop 3.0.0
