FormatReminder.hook.ts contains a hardcoded list of personal skills that are specific to the author's installation #577

Description

@genebushmaster

FormatReminder.hook.ts contains a hardcoded list of personal skills (lines 70-77) that are specific to the author's installation:

  • _ULWORK: UL operations. Triggers: tasks, reminders, SOPs...
  • _UL: UL business. Triggers: consulting, NDA, proposal...
  • _INBOX: Gmail inbox. Triggers: check email, Gmail...

New users receive suggestions for skills that don't exist in their installation. This causes confusion when Claude suggests invoking phantom skills.

Suggested fix:

Either:

  1. Remove personal skills from release, document as customization step
  2. Add placeholder comment: # ADD YOUR PERSONAL SKILLS HERE
  3. Auto-generate skill list from skills/_* directories at install time
