Doesn't seem like that would be in scope. Especially since installing another prompt via a plugin is likely to be a primary use case and might cause issues.

Unrelated but packing in a couple aliases or abbrs for omf install and fisher install would be handy since most fish plugins include that "install command" on their Readmes and would be it wouldn't require remembering that we need to replace omf or fisher with reef when running it.
