Similar sample size for each group

Hey guys,

Thanks for the great package!
I was wondering if it would be possible to specify one sample size for all groups in a figure? This would save time if the sample size is similar for each group.
Also, could it be possible to choose one figure from a folder to process instead of only batch processing from the start?

For the sample size - its a great idea! from memory I think this is actually implemented on the development branch (from issue #56), but hasn't been merged into the main branch (I don't know how well I tested it!), so will try and get back to that soon!!

In regards to choosing a specific image - this would be a nice feature. I don't think it would be too hard to implement, so I will look at that. A quick hack would be to put all but that image temporarily in another folder, and then move them back afterwards. This wouldn't affect the calibration files of any other completed ones (I don't think!).

Yeah I have been using the quick hack of moving images in an out of a folder.
