asides inside sectioning flagged incorrectly

E.g.

```html
    <section>
        <h1>Hello</h1>
        <aside>world!</aside>
        <aside>Bye.</aside>
    </section>
```

is flagged under "landmark-unique". I think this is due to ace's axe-core fork being behind (since axe fixed this in 4.10.0 but it still has https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-core/issues/3586).

Could the fork be updated?
