[BUG] pike module blocks pbx

Describe the bug
hi i am using dsiprouter and freepbx with path thru authentication , the pike module blocks freepbx ip

logs:
pike blocking request with source address [my freepbx ip]:5060

To Reproduce

1. setup dsiprouter and freepbx with path thru authentication
2. on 2000 extensions freepbx send a lot of option packets to kamailio
3. pike module blocks freepbx's ip address

Expected behavior
dsiprouter should not block ip addresses add in panel with pike

Hi Mahfa,

We will review and add support for pike not to block servers that are configured for domain routing.

Planning on reworking this into a more customer friendly feature.
In the meantime you can disable pike by commenting out or removing #!WITH_ANTIFLOOD in your kamailio.cfg

@devopsec For this release let's do this:

Can you add something like this to the settings.py:

PIKE_ENABLED: True | False
PIKE_RATELIMIT: 1 or more
PIKE_TIMEFRAME: 10 seconds or more
PIKE_IP_EXCLUDE_LIST: comma delimited list of ips in CIDR format

If PIKE_ENABLED == True:
Use cfg_get commands around the pike_XXX commands in Kamailio to enable or disable

The PIKE_RATELIMIT and PIKE_TIMEFRAME will only take affect after a Kamailio restart.

For PIKE_IP_EXCLUDE_LIST use something like this

if (is_in_subnet("$si", "10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12")) {
#Don't check PIKE for this set of ip's
}

Note, we will not be able to dynamically add settings from the UI until we move from the Stored Procedure that saves the settings to a table thats in a Module,Category, Key, Value format
